Description

Navigating care for our elders often requires a customized approach. In these conversations with subject matter expert facilitators, you'll have the chance to share your concerns on the topic ahead of the session and the conversation that follows will be tailored to participant needs.

In these meaningful conversations, you will walk away having heard and/or shared stories and having learned valuable perspectives, tools, and resources to apply to your specific situation. Please feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.

Light refreshments will be served.

Please note this training will take place in 5523 Research Park Drive, Suite 230, which includes free parking and access to several dining establishments in case you wish to continue the conversation afterwards with a friend.

Space is limited and registration is required.  Registration deadline is Friday, December 7th.
